What Will You Do?

As our Customer Success Assistant, you will:

  1. Welcome and assist patients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

  2. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of our facility to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

  3. Answer inquiries, providing information and assistance, whether though calls, messages, or emails.

  4. Handle certain financial tasks.

  5. Create engaging social media posts to promote our services.

  6. Assist with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our centre.

Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Student in psychology, physiotherapy or nutrition.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reception or administration, showcasing strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in social media management, ensuring engaging online interactions.

  • Previous experience in the medical field.
